How to add new node in Cluster W2003 with SQL 2005 Act-Pass 
Hi Community,
See if you like it happens; in a cluster of 2 nodes with SQL 2005 Active-passive
Add a new node cluster SQL 2005 to be used as another passive

Yes. Go to control panel -> add/remove programs on active node, choose sql2k and click on change, follow prompt to add node in clustered sql.
